Refunds

Because this is a digital review and design reference service, refunds are generally not available after the service has started or after deliverables have been provided.

If we are unable to provide the service for reasons on our side, we will issue a refund.

Digital Deliverables

Review notes, recommendations, design references, image files, and PDF explanations are custom digital deliverables created for each customer.

Revisions

Some plans include a minor revision. Revision scope is limited to the plan description and does not include a completely new request unless agreed separately.
